All products manufactured are at par with that manufactured at BERU A G, Germany.

The plant is equipped with highly sophisticated manufacturing and quality equipments.

The company has invested in some unique and highly advanced testing and assembly devices like the Heat Test Bench and the Round Table which today are the firsts in India. The Glow Plug line boasts of 100% error proofing equipments where no defective products pass to the next level of manufacturing. All the products and testing standards are strictly as per OEM requirements. Apart from this the company has Special Endurance Test (Life Cycle) equipments, which are designed to make the products endure longer and stricter operating cycles than the customer recommendations which ensures optimal performance even at higher operating condition tolerances. Also the company offers its customers the option of allowing the products to be tested in BERU's state-of-the-art test labs in Germany.
